🚚 Shipping

How long does shipping take?
All Fast Lane Forge products are made to order, which means your item is printed specifically for you after you place your order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days within the United States. Total delivery time is usually 7–12 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future — stay tuned!

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

📏 Sizing

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We recommend checking the size guide before ordering since sizing can vary slightly between styles. When in doubt, size up — our tees are true to size but some customers prefer a looser fit.

Are the shirts pre-shrunk?
Yes, our cotton tees are pre-shrunk. We still recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low to keep your print looking sharp for years.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order just for you, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Justin@fastlaneforge.com with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we're unable to offer size exchanges. Please double-check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Who makes your products?
Fast Lane Forge partners with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand company, to produce and fulfill all orders. Every item is printed on high-quality blanks and shipped directly to you. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs without holding inventory, keeping things fresh and the quality consistent.

Will the print fade or crack?
Our products use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and durable vinyl for stickers and accessories. To keep your print looking great, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print.

Do you donate to charity?
Yes! A portion of proceeds from our Autism Acceptance collection is donated to autism awareness causes. We believe in using Fast Lane Forge as a platform to give back to the community, not just sell great gear.
